神经管畸形与细胞凋亡有关,目前已发现存在着多条丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号转导通路可激活细胞凋亡通路《中国神经再生研究(英文版)》杂志于2012年11月32期出版的一项关于“correlation between spina bifid隐形脊柱裂图a manifesta in fetal rats and c-jun n-terminal kinase signaling”的研究用维甲酸诱导制备神经管畸形胎鼠模型,免疫荧光与western blot检测显示,脊柱裂胎鼠骨髓组织中表达caspase-3细胞数量增加,且c-jun 氨基末端激酶磷酸化水平较高,同时两者呈正相关,由此认为异常细胞凋亡参与维甲酸诱导胎鼠显性脊柱裂形成过程,且此异常细胞凋亡可能与丝裂原活化蛋白激酶家族c-jun 氨基末端激酶信号转导通路有关(生物谷bioon.com)
fetal rat models with neural tube defects were establ脊柱裂医院ished by injection with retinoic acid at 10 days after conception. the immunofluorescence assay and western blot analysis showed that the number of caspase-3 positive cells in myeloid tissues for spina bifida manifesta was increased. there was also increased phosphorylation of c-jun n-terminal kinase, 隐形脊柱裂手术a member of the mitogen activated protein kinase family. the c-jun n-terminal kinase phosphorylation level was positively correlated with caspase-3 expression in myeloid tissues for spina bifida manifesta. experimental findings indicate that abnormal apoptosis is involved in retinoic acid-induced dom隐形脊柱裂手术inant spina bifida formation in fetal rats, and may be associated with the c-jun n-terminal kinase signal transduction pathway.
